[Job Responsibilities]
1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support for the company's hardware, software, and other products, and solve product application problems;
2. Technical training for customers and company employees;
3. Performance and functional verification tests for new products and technologies;
4. Development of new application areas;
5. Based on user application requirements, plan and design the testing system scheme, and complete system hardware and software development;
6. Provide feedback on product issues in application and communicate with R&D to gradually improve product stability and reliability;
7. Establish and maintain stable customer relationships through technical services;
8. Participate in market promotion activities such as exhibitions.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in automation, electronics, mechatronics, communication, measurement and control, etc;
2. Having a certain understanding of testing and measurement technology, having a basic understanding of the testing industry, proficient in using common testing equipment and instruments, familiar with PXI platform application related developers are preferred;
3. Proficient in using C language/C++or LabVIEW for project development, with good documentation and programming habits. Priority given to project development experience in testing, measuring, and automation control software;
4. Has good communication and teamwork spirit, can adapt to high work pressure, has a team spirit, has an outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, works actively, and is hardworking;
5. CET-4 or above in English, able to read technical documents in English.
